In just a few minutes you obtain a soft cream with a marked taste of mascarpone, suited to every kind of personalization: from the classic version combined with coffee to fanciful ideas flavoured with CoQuus Luxury Paste bases.
Preparation: mix the contents of 1 bag with 1 litre of cream until completely dissolved. Whip in a planetary mixer or with an electric whisk for 3 minutes at maximum speed. Use the cream to compose the tiramisu and place in a fridge for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
Suggestions: for a lighter cream, add 200 ml of cold milk before whipping.
